Due to hygiene and safety regulations, all sales are final once the order has been delivered and accepted by the customer. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Adult toys, vibrators, dildos, and massagers

  • Lubes, oils, and body products

  • Lingerie and intimate apparel

  • BDSM gear, restraints, and accessories

  • Any item designed to come into contact with the body or bodily fluids

Once these items leave our facility, they are considered non-refundable and non-resalable for the safety of all customers.

While we cannot accept returns, we will work with you to make it right if:

  1. You receive a defective product

  2. You receive the wrong item due to our error

  3. Your item arrives damaged in transit

If any of these apply, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or video of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

Our team will review your case and determine the best solution, which may include:

  • A replacement item

  • A store credit

  • Assistance through the manufacturer’s warranty

We handle every case individually because your experience matters.


🚫 What We Cannot Help With

We are unable to provide replacements or credits in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Ordering the wrong item, size, or color

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, or modification

  • Issues reported after the 7-day claim window

We strongly recommend carefully reviewing product descriptions, sizes, and materials before placing your order.


📦 Order Responsibility & Shipping

Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Midnight Fantasy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We strongly encourage customers to ship to a secure location or request signature confirmation if needed.
